Blackbow Farms is a co-operative of six pig farmers who are going through the trouble of raising heritage Berkshire pigs. Berkshires are much happier raised in smaller lots and having access to the outdoors. Ontario Lamb producer Bill McCutcheon developed Ontario Lamb to provide lamb throughout the year rather then just during traditional harvest time in the fall in Ontario. Bill works with several farmers across the province from as far north as New Liskard to source lamb on a regular basis twelve months of the year. Bill’s farm is located in Shelborne Ontario.

Cripple Creek Farms, located in Addison Ontario just north of Brockville, beef farmer Frank DeJong Has been raising beef for over 25 years. Frank and his son Jared are third generation family farmers. Farming and primarily raising live stock has been the DeJong’s sole income for 50 years.
